What claims are eligible?

In principle, under this scheme they will consider any personal injury claim which occurred less than two years ago, involving :-

1. An accident at work
2. An accident in a public place or on public transport
3. A road traffic accident (including claims against uninsured motorists)
4. Brain/Head injuries

If more than one person has been injured in the same vehicle, the scheme will apply to each Claimant.

The solicitors use state of the art ProClaim technology to assit their streamlined processes, whilst maintaining the personal approach.

The firm is a member of the Motor Accident Solicitors’ Society (MASS) and Headway (the Brain Injury Association), with many practitioners being members of the Law Society’s Personal Injury Panel and the Association of Personal Injury Lawyers (APIL).

What will this cost you?

In most instances – nothing as the Solicitors will either act under any pre-existing legal expenses insurance policy you may have or otherwise enter into a Conditional Fee Agreement and arrange after the event insurance. Where the claim succeeds, they will recover their legal fees from the Defendant or their insurers.

Additional services

In Road Traffic Accident claims, through their nationwide contacts, the solicitors may be able to arrange hire of an equivalent vehicle to your own on a Credit Hire basis and management of the repairs so long as you notify us at the outset of the claim.
