June 3, 2009Windsor & Maidenhead Ecademy meeting

Last night Ronnie McCourt (Senior Lecturer in Communications and Applied Behavioural Science at the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst) gave an inspirational presentation at the Windsor & Maidenhead Ecademy meeting. His topic was "Close more business via better Communications & Influencing skills"

We learnt: -

* How to influence others
* Persuasion techniques
* Critical thinking
* Communication skills
* Interest based negotiating techniques

This was a useful meeting and all who attended enjoyed it and learnt valuable tips they could take away and use in closing more business.
